A proud Aaniiih woman, mother, and creative, Ticia Cliff grew up in the Fort Belknap Indian Community and graduated from Harlem High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health from the University of Montana in Missoula before returning home, where she became a certified Behavioral Health Technician through Aaniiih Nakoda College.
Ticia joined MAPS as Program Director in June 2026. She is excited to be part of the team and to support all that MAPS students and the Fort Belknap community will create together.
